As of November 18th, 2008 Balboa Water Group no longer distributes the Ecomatic Product. EcoMatic has named Saltline USA as the commercial distributor for the commerical EcoMatic systems. The Factory is now handling all residential technical support, warranty and sales while they are negotitating with their new residential distributor. Since the factory is still in negotiations, Saltline USA has agreed
to continue to assist the factory in shipping product. All residential new orders and warranty claims must be filed with the factory directly,
no new warranty orders or troubleshooting will be done with Saltline USA for any residential product. The factory will pass on orders for authorized replacments and product orders with all necessary information to Saltline for processing and shipping. If you have started a claim with Saltline USA we will continue to process your claim through to completion. All contact with Saltine USA for residential inquiries will be by email or fax correspondance only. Please contact your current warranty Rep. if you need to check the status
of your warranty claim.
