We would love to chat to each and every one of you but unfortunately are snowed under with requests just like yours, for help. If you follow the process outlined below, you will get the quickest response.
As you are an end user of the Eco-Matic Product, in order to address any questions or issues that you have, this should be directed through the dealer that you purchased your Eco-matic unit from. We are not set up to work directly with end users.
Please direct your dealer to this website or forward this form to your dealers email so that he can assist you by completing the form and submitting it via email.
We will take it from there with your dealer to guide them through this process so that they can service your product for you. The dealer may not yet be aware of this so please simply let him know that this is the way to get service for your product. You may also encourage your dealer to email us if he needs to explore this process directly with us. The best way to get the fastest result is to get your dealer to submit the form.
If your dealer chooses not to assist you in this process, please provide us with the Company Name, Contact Name, phone number and any other details, so that we can contact the company directly.
If you purchased your system directly from Balboa Instruments, and can provide proof of purchase, please email with that information and we will do our best to assist you if there is no available local dealer to help you. Should you be in this position, you will also need to fill out the Order Form indicating which year warranty your Proof of Purchase indicates you are in together with the payment details for your pro-rated warranty and/or shipping charges. Or you can fax this information to (866) 719-9737. Please note that we cannot take this information over the phone. In order to assist you we must either receive an email or fax.
Saltline USA and the manufacturer are working together to extend the standard manufacturer warranty on all products. If you submitted your warranty request to Balboa during your warranty period and received no response, please provide proof of this communication with dates to your dealer along with your proof of purchase so that we can present your case to the manufacturer and attempt to honor your warranty (as we understand that it should have been done during the warranty period). Please note that labor and shipping are not covered under warranty.
